I'm experiencing the same thing with Themis. Valid points, but in my opinion it's better to practice the same way you play. I purchased adaptibar and right away noticed a difference between barbri and actual ncbe questions. Just stick with Barbri, it's tougher and shakes your confidence, but I think the results speak for themselves.
