Roxy is rebellious, a little shy, and willful. Believix is an advanced transformation on the animated TV series, Winx Club. Her first appearance was in the third episode of the fourth season, The Last Fairy on Earth. Roxy is a character in the Winx Club animated series. It the next fairy level after the full-fledged fairy form of Enchantix. The Winx soon learn that their Enchantix is ineffective against the Wizards of the Black Circle, and that only Believix can combat their evil power. In Season 4, Faragonda brings the Winx into the Hall of Enchantments and informs them that after Enchantix, there is an infinite number of levels a fairy can reach, the one above Enchantix being Believix, a Fairy Form that can affect the feelings of people. She is the youngest Winx fairy, but she acts tough, tomboyish, and even standoffish at times. She cares a great deal for animals, loving them and keeping them as pets to the point of making her own secret shelter for them in the back of her father's bar.
